Do You Ship Overseas?

We providefree worldwide shippingon all orders with a value of $59 or more*. Please note that additional surcharges may apply to deliveries to remote islands or hard-to-reach regions.

All shipments are fulfilled by our trusted logistics partners: DHL Express, FedEx and UPS. Every parcel dispatched by Neonzing is fully insured against theft and accidental damage, covering you for unforeseen incidents during transit.

Please be advised that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. For split or partial shipments of a single order, shipping fees will only be chargedonce.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?

Following payment confirmation, production and delivery of your custom piece will take7–12 business days, with no shipping cost required.

Expedited Shipping Options

For faster turnaround (available subject to order demand), you may select the following paid options at checkout:

Warranty & Repair

About 2 Years Warranty

We provide a 2-year free warranty for all our products. All products can be repaired free of charge within the 2-year warranty period. Moreover, regardless of whether it is neon lights, remote controls, power supplies or other related accessories, if they are damaged within two years, we will send replacement parts to customers free of charge.

Returns & Refunds

For all custom neon signs, as they cannot be resold, we are unable to offer refunds.If there are quality issues with custom neon signs during transportation or usage and the products are within the warranty period, we will provide free product replacements for customers.

In cases where malfunctions of custom neon signs are caused by improper use by the customer, such as using indoor - designed custom neon signs outdoors, we can still provide return and exchange services. But the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

For custom neon signs, because of differences in lighting conditions, there may be some variances between the pictures and the actual products. We offer standard color wheel cards. If color differences occur when the order is placed according to the customer's requirements, this is not within the scope of after - sales service.
